Social Media Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager with strong experience in content strategy and brand communication.

The ideal candidate combines creativity, organizational skills, and strategic thinking to manage multiple brands across various platforms and ensure consistency in tone and visual identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
  • Create and maintain monthly content communication aligned with brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with the design team for the production of visuals and video assets.
  • Write engaging captions and ensure brand-consistent messaging.
  • Manage daily publishing and scheduling through Meta Business Suite or similar tools.
  • Analyze performance data and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Work closely with the Performance team to align organic and paid strategies.
  • Track social media trends and adapt content to new formats (reels, stories, challenges).

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, ideally in a digital agency.
  • Excellent command of Meta Business Suite and familiarity with TikTok for Business.
  • Strong writing skills in Greek and English, with an eye for detail and tone consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of key metrics (reach, engagement rate, followers growth).
  • Proficiency in organizational tools such as Google Sheets, or similar.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in creating or editing short-form videos (reels).
  • Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva Magic Studio).
  • Background working with lifestyle, design, or fashion brands.
