What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our Creative Team. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly undertaking a variety of day-to-day office tasks.
An excellent office coordinator is, above all, an organized and competent professional with communication skills. You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
- Customer service – deal with customer complaints or issues
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, scheduling meetings etc.)
- Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
- Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, billing expenses etc.)
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders in case needed
- Archiving financial statements
- Proven experience as an office coordinator, office assistant or in a similar role
- Experience in customer service will be a plus
- knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel
- Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. scanner, printer etc)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Reliable with patience and professionalism
